What is the Pomodoro Technique?
A time-management methodology created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work down into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by brief breaks.
- Deep work for 25 minutes (no distractions)
- Relax and recharge for 5 minutes
- Repeat 4 times, then take a longer 15-30 minute break
